Corrections Policy
Last update: 3 April 2026
This page describes how Unpolished Dispatch handles corrections, clarifications, and updates to published articles.
Our commitment
When we discover a factual error, misleading wording, or material change in a published article, we issue a correction. Corrections are visible at the bottom of the affected article and listed on our corrections archive.
Types of corrections
- Correction — a factual error that changes the meaning of the content.
- Clarification — wording that could be misread or misunderstood, even if technically accurate.
- Update — a material change in circumstances since the article was published.
Process
Corrections are reviewed and approved through our editorial workflow before being published. Each correction includes a summary of what changed and why, written for readers.
